We are a no pressure group, encouraging anybody to run at any pace they feel comfortable with, with all runs being led by a trainer with a Leadership in Running Fitness qualification.
Our main club night is Thursday, meeting under the shelter on the Quay at 18.45, based on a 6-10k run, finishing at 20.00.
Other longer sessions are available on request, whenever and wherever people feel like running.
